Payment Overview

Fankitzy accepts card payments through the secure checkout methods displayed below. Availability may vary by country, card issuer, device, and payment-processor configuration, but no additional payment brand is represented on this page. An order proceeds only after the required authorization and checkout checks are completed.

Supported Payment Methods

The supported card categories are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. A card must be valid, enabled for the transaction type and region, and used by an authorized cardholder. The card issuer may require additional verification before approving payment.

Payment Security

Checkout data is transmitted using secure technology and processed by payment service providers that apply fraud-prevention and security controls. Fankitzy does not ask customers to provide complete card details, security codes, passwords, or one-time verification codes through ordinary customer service messages. Customers should use trusted devices and review the checkout address before entering payment information.

Authorization and Confirmation

Submitting payment authorizes the payment provider and card issuer to verify the transaction and reserve or charge the applicable amount. An authorization hold is not always the same as a completed charge and may remain temporarily if an order is not accepted. The order confirmation and later status messages provide the most relevant information about whether the order request was received and fulfilled.

Currency and Prices

Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. If the card account uses another currency, the issuer may convert the amount using its own rate and may apply a foreign-transaction or conversion fee. Such issuer fees and exchange-rate differences are not set or received by fankitzy unless expressly shown as part of the checkout total.

Failed Payments

A payment may fail because information is entered incorrectly, funds or credit are unavailable, the card has expired, issuer security controls are triggered, or required verification is not completed. Review the entered details and contact the issuer before making repeated attempts, because multiple attempts can create temporary holds. If the payment status and order status appear inconsistent, contact customer service with the order reference rather than sending card details.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method to support security, auditability, and card-network requirements. Internal refund initiation and the issuer’s posting time are separate stages, so a credit may not appear immediately. If the original card is replaced or closed, the issuer will generally route the credit according to its account procedures, and the customer should contact the issuer for guidance.

Payment Data Privacy

Payment-related data may include transaction amount, card brand, masked account details, authorization result, fraud signals, and processor references. Full sensitive card data is handled by the payment service provider rather than used by us for unrelated purposes. Additional information about purposes, legal bases, sharing, retention, and privacy rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Questions

Contact customer service first if a payment, delivery, cancellation, or refund appears incorrect so that transaction records can be reviewed. Payment disputes submitted to an issuer may require us to provide order, communication, tracking, and refund evidence. Customers must not seek both a completed refund and a duplicate chargeback recovery for the same amount.

Contact

For payment-status questions, use the Contact Page and provide the order number, payment date, amount, and card brand. For security, include only masked card information such as the last four digits when necessary. Never send a full card number, security code, password, or one-time code.
