Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how fankitzy prepares, dispatches, tracks, and supports online orders. Delivery availability, carrier selection, cost, and estimated timing are shown during checkout where possible and may vary by destination. Estimated dates are planning guidance and are not guaranteed unless an express guarantee is specifically stated.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within one to three business days after payment authorization and routine verification. Processing includes inventory confirmation, quality checks, address review, packing, and label preparation. Public holidays, high-volume periods, product availability, security review, or exceptional events may require additional time.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, standard delivery commonly takes approximately five to fifteen business days, depending on the destination and carrier network. Remote areas, cross-border routes, customs review, local handoffs, and seasonal congestion may extend transit. The checkout estimate and tracking history should be treated as the best available guidance for a particular parcel.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated or displayed before the order is submitted and may depend on destination, parcel weight, dimensions, service level, and promotional terms. Customers can review the charge before confirming payment. Additional fees imposed independently by a bank, customs authority, or local service provider are not shipping charges collected by us unless expressly shown at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation is normally sent when the parcel has been prepared for carrier collection or handed to the carrier. It may contain the carrier name, tracking number, destination summary, and shipment date. Label creation can occur before the first physical scan, so an initial period without tracking movement is normal.
Order Tracking
Use the tracking number or link in the shipping confirmation to follow carrier events. Tracking descriptions are supplied by the carrier and may be delayed, incomplete, or translated differently across local delivery partners. If no meaningful update appears for several business days beyond the expected interval, contact customer service with the order number.
Delivery Delays
Weather, natural events, customs controls, transportation disruption, public holidays, labor action, security incidents, high parcel volume, and inaccurate carrier routing can delay delivery. We will provide available information and may open a carrier inquiry when the shipment is materially overdue. A delay alone does not always indicate that the parcel is lost.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete address, recipient name, postcode, apartment or unit number, and any delivery information required for the destination. Contact us immediately if an error is discovered, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, including return-to-sender or re-shipping charges, may be the customer’s responsibility where lawful.
Undelivered Packages
When a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location, household members, reception, neighbors where appropriate, and any carrier notice before contacting us. For a parcel that is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, we will review its condition and the reason for return before determining refund or re-shipment options. Carrier investigations may require a customer statement or confirmation of non-receipt.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties, Where Applicable
Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local handling fees. Unless checkout expressly states that these amounts are included, they are generally assessed by the destination authorities or carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs procedures can also require identity or order documentation and can extend delivery time.
Multiple Shipments
An order may be divided into more than one parcel because of inventory location, package size, carrier requirements, or operational efficiency. Separate parcels can have different tracking numbers and delivery dates, but the customer should not be charged duplicate shipping solely because we choose to split the order. The shipping confirmation will identify available tracking details for each parcel.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Report suspected loss or visible shipping damage promptly through the Contact Page. Preserve the packaging, label, product, and photographs because carriers may require them during investigation. After reviewing tracking, delivery evidence, and the circumstances, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and policy, which may include replacement or refund.
